We pride ourselves on providing top level support for our Joomla products and we have a number of ways that you can get help for using our Joomla templates and Joomla extensions.
Documentation and Knowledgebase
Our new knowledgebase and Joomla template documentation repository is a comprehensive resource for working with our joomla templates.
We offer 24 hour sterling support via our Support Forum. If you have a question regarding a template or need to research information regarding a template that isnt in the documentation then feel free to browse our forum.
Our secure Ticket System enables members to place support requests that require confidential login access to their site. Please feel free to open a support ticket if you have a request - you can follow up with each request via your profile page in the support ticket tab.
Please note that our ticket system is only available to paid members of our Joomla Template Club.
We are also very active on twitter and in addition to the main Joomlabamboo twitter account you can also follow our JB Activity update stream which is updated everytime we release, fix, post or add to the Joomlabamboo catlogue and documentation.
