Sorry to bother you again, I have mimicked the exact settings using the quickstart locally vs. published site. My frontpage stacked settings are staying to left of then page. I am moving from a previous template and have unpublished several modules to get it to take its rightful position, but the stacked settings are not showing as fullwidth, whether I set it in zentools to do so or not (Not is the default acording to my local copy).

You need to change the position width in the responsive layout section in the template settings
