Actually, reinstalling T3 did help with the menu showing in front end, but the template configuration is completely different! Where is the place where I can add the logo image? I will see if there is documentation, but I'm having a hard time adjusting to a completely different set up.

Also, in Layout, I don't see anything resembling a diagram of module positions. Where has this gone? I feel like I am starting all over again just as I was getting the hang of it!

Logo is now a module - publish it to the logo position

Layout what do you see? - can you attach a screenshot

Right, documentation a little thin, so will create a ticket... sheesh, half a day spent banging the old noggin against this wall....

See y'all in ticket zone.

Hi Friends,

So now I get an error message when I try to open theme magic. I got the menu and logo banner working, yay! You moved my cheese, but I like the change. Suggest making a big note at top of Base 3 documentation that logo and menu controls have changed, work like regular modules now.

Now trying to customize theme magic, but I get 500 - unable to load format class.

Thoughts? Still wondering whether I'm missing something on the install.

Ok, add my snippet : I love Joomlabamboo, not only for the beautiful templates but especially for the amazing support that comes with them!

Also, Paul, my main content seems to be split 50/50 in width with the sidebar 2 module. How can I get main content to be 2/3, with sidebar 1/3, and if there is no sidebar, get main content to 100%?

You need to adjust the sidebar width for the layout

www.joomlabamboo.com/blog/how-to-joomla/how-to-resize-position-widths-in-t3-templates

The width should go to 100% if there is no sidebar published

Yes, that's what I thought, and I tried adjusting in the responsive layout -- but it doesn't change in the front end. It remains split down the middle.

I have the number of modules as 2 - main and sidebar 2

then in responsive tab, I adjust the width of them to what I want, but it doesn't "save" and show.

The main content area is 9 and the sidebar is 3 so looks like you have fixed this
