Only one card is visible and that one card is large on the right hand side off of the screen and when it comes into view it shrinks.

I've viewed this again on my android phone together with a comparison of the zentools2 demo site and the featured carousel

This for me displays the same with 1 card visible and the animation effect the same

Your demo has the same quirks. On a iphone 4 the Featured Carousel displays the featured item small and the incoming item on the right large. When you press the "prev" button sometimes it works and sometimes it skips 2 or 3 items.

I'm waiting to hear back on this one

I can't see a problem on my phone and don't have an iphone handy
