I can't seem to locate the background images for the lower two background images on the template. Can you please direct me in how to change them?

Inside the template settings > with the image if you click the pencil to the right of the row do you see an image in the row or container settings?

The site password works now. I can't go into the folders in the template settings. I can get to the template settings but there is no response when I click the images folder.

Sorry for the confusion I was referring to the row style when the pencil icon is clicked on the position row

You can add an image to the container (I just include this for completeness )

What is the optimal size for the images though?

This is always a hard question to answer as it depends on the subject of the photo e.g. abstract work better than say people

Also it is a trade off between image quality and file size

If an image is too small it will pixelate

It is a bit of trial and error really

I personally do use

kraken.io/web-interface

To compress image file size

With Grid1 do you mean to replace the entire module that is there at the moment?

Depends, a little where the video is coming from

If it is a youtube or vimeo clip you could embed the iframe

Are you familiar with using iframes in Joomla?
