If you just want one line in bold then I'd a class similar to the colour and call it something

p.fontweight {font-weight:bold;}

How do I apply the Oswald font (semi bold) using custom css?

I succeeded in getting it to apply e.g. to the headings on the site but I need it to apply just on specific rows.

I tried playing with the custom.css but with no success. Attached is a screenshot from Google Fonts.

You would need to use the custom fonts section of the fonts tab for this

You would add the css you want to target add the font and then the font weight
