Mobile logo is ignoring <a> tags

I have a module that is set to the location of Mobile-logo. Here the Custom HTML code for the module:

<p><a href="http://10.1.1.49/"><img src="images/mobile-logo.png" /></a></p>

However, when the page is shown on a phone, the mobile-logo.png logo shows correctly, but clicking on it does nothing.

I have the Logo setup the exact same way and clicking on it does change the mouse and it goes to the href link.

Hi Mike,

I think for this we would need a link to see the site so I can either test on a mobile device or use the Chrome Developer tools to what is happening
