Did the Highline quickstart and all worked. Started with changing some pics, some words, all is fine and the changes are showing. I saved the adjusted theme based on highline so as not to screw up any on the preloaded themes. All saves fine. In the middle of working on Joomla articles, I hit refresh and the theme has changed to background. It has done this more than once now and I can't figure out why this thing is so possessed.

When you save and close after a setting change and then re-open the template settings has the setting saved?

Sometimes I reopen and highline is selected, other times background will come up as the theme. The most recent occurrence is when all was fine and I wasn't even in the template config page, I was in Joomla articles. I would make or modify an article, check on the home page to see the results and all was good. Then I made another change to an article, checked the home page and the template had switched to background.

Should I open a ticket to give you access?

What memory do you have on the account?

Is this the one where you upgraded the php version?

Are you seeing any error in the browser console tab when saving inside the template settings?

What php memory is on the account?

Hi Paul,
One time I did see errors in the blue panel, but upon saving it again it cleared itself.
The php memory limit is currently at 768m

Can you open a ticket with ftp and cpanel details and we can take a look
