Color background not working (not even saved)

When I select ROW in template, write a color for background instead of selecting image, after clicking SAVE the template reloads and... the color for background is empty.

With the web browser console window - do you have any errors?

on a pc in Chrome its f12 and then the console tab in the panel that opens

no, and its not always... I think I know when fails, but NOT ALWAYS...

Goto some place where to change color, click and change it, then goto ANOTHER PLACE, losing focus, do something and go back to change the color again... NO ERROR on console but also nothing "trigered" and saved in the console...

in the webserver: 1024 MB
in my pc: 12 GB RAM

The php memory limit is 1024 mb?
