I am guessing that sticky menu is the property that allows the menu to follow you down when you scroll down on a page. How can I remove this property in case I need to .

To turn off the 'Stickynav' feature, enter your Build.r template and click onto the left 'Effects' tab and scroll down till you see the 'Enable Stickynav' button. Click onto this button to turn this feature off. Don't forget to save this setting!
