How o add meta description and meta keywords to tab position article on home page

Hi!
Joomla version in my site is 3.5.0. The custom module in tab position in home page and which contains an article, has neither meta description neither meta keywords. I can not create a normal Custom HTML module (it doesn't exist in list of creation options).
How can I do to add the meta description tag and meta keywords to this article, if possible?

Hi

The metadata can only be added to the page that the custom module is in

If it's a feature article home layout then you would use the menu link
