Custom html module in Grid 9 inconsistent with Grid 1 and 5 positions

I'm trying to keep consistency between my custom html modules on a one page site but for some reason, whenever I create a custom html module and place it in the grid 9 position it sets the content all the way over to the left as in the screenshot below. www.garageastdev.co.za/synergy
