I created a menu and published the menu module via modules anywhere within a k2 item. I want to use it as a table of contents with all sub menu entries open.

Is there a menu/module class suffix coming with the medica template (or in general) for styling a menu, i.e similar like in sidebar position? Or do I have to set up the css by myself?

What that be all sub menu links being open e.g. any link even if not active displays the sub menu links at all times?

yes all sub menu links should always be visible like a sitemap (as it is). I just asked for styling the menu structure.
Maybe there's a better way to get a table of content?

I think there may be a better way but not sure but for css try adding
