zentools banner not returning to position on scrollup

On a dev build I'm working on, when I scroll down the banner (as it should) goes behind the nav....but when I scroll back down, the banner doesn't complete the distance - part of it remains hidden behind the nav.

I also want to center the overlay text over the picture (text aligned center, middle) in an alpha rectangle with a few px of padding but so far I haven't figured out how to do that, either. OK, I have a hack for this that looks like it might work.

Do you get the same if you disable the custom.css file?

I fixed it... needed an !important on this declaration on line 86
margin-top: 0px !important;
