I'm working on a migration at this address: uvei.myartisanweb.com

I've setup smart search for the upper right hand corner but the magnifying glass is not loading.

Note: I have spoken at length with Ark Typography about their plugin. Before, we would disable the plugin for Typography because it was overriding the JB template's loading of Font Awesome. The problem is that when I update Ark, it turns the plugin back on. So, they advised me to set the CSS stylesheet to point to the templates stylesheet so the icons will load. I've done this on a number of other sites and it seems to work. I've done that on this site, pointing to custom.css but the icon is not loading.

Zen Shortcodes is installed and enabled.

What you do get if you disable the load via shortcodes? - it should be disabled if using a JB template

or if you need the latest version of FA and the JB shortcodes doesn't have that particular icon

I installed shortcodes because I was not getting an icon and I thought that might be the reason why. So, it's the same, no image.

Yes you do need shortcodes for the zgvf4 templates but for the template settings do you have

theme > font awesome > and full library

In shortcodes plugin

Enable Font Awesome icons > and Enabled
Load Font Awesome css > and Disabled
