Menu Text Size

Good Morning Paul:

Yes, it was a great game even though one-sided!
Here is my latest request for some 'css code' I believe....
Please take a look at this FIRST website:

1. www.alongcameaspider.ca/karen/

Note the size of the Menu Items...

Then look at this second site:

2. www.karenstewartlaw.ca/newsite/

I would like two things to change on site number 2:

The size of the MENU items (I will be adding more to site # 2)
and the Logo across the top of the page should match the one (size wise) in Site #1.

Cheers,
Tony

Hi Tony,

#header1 p {margin:0;}
#header1 .moduletable {margin-bottom:20px}

Are you looking to adjust the logo like this?

With the fonts try reducing the font-weight of the new site

I'm not altogether sure which setting to change on the font

So try

#menu.zen-menu-center a, #menu.zen-menu-center .zen-menu-heading {font-size: 1.2em}

Does this work?

Cheers

Hi Paul:

What I don't get is that the custom.css is the same in both instances... I have copied the custom.css from Site #1 to the custom.css in Site #2.

Could it be that the files in site 2 are not operating for some reason?

Hi Paul:
I now have all of this in Boost Template/css/custom.css:

.zen-spotlight {
padding: 0 3%;
}
#logo {margin-bottom: 0;}
#menu ul {margin-top: 0px;}

#headerwrap .zen-spotlight {border-top: 0px;}
#bannerwrap .zen-spotlight {padding: 0px}
Hi Tony, #header1 p {margin:0;} #header1 .moduletable {margin-bottom:10px}
#menu.zen-menu-center a, #menu.zen-menu-center .zen-menu-heading {font-size: 1.2em}

Hi Tony,

Not sure what you mean

Is the problem the menu text?

If so does adding the style for the menu links improve anything?

Hi Paul:

Hi Paul:

I decided to replace the original karenstewartlaw site with this one... so, I can work directly on the site.

The site is: www.karenstewartlaw.ca

So, I will see how it reveals now, live....

Cheers,

Tony
