I've just now bought Zentools2 12 months extension only. However, I still do not have any download link. After logging in, It still tells me to buy a subscription.

I've added PayPal Reference below confirming payment.

Hi Ashit,

I can see one uncleared transaction from the second of Nov but not this invoice number and not this amount

I can also see two transactions for 1st Nov with one matching your details

All of these transactions are uncleared by paypal

I'll need to check with the site owner - sometimes paypal has a delay processing the payment

Since my subscription had expired, I'd purchased the 12 month subscription and that is when I created this topic.

Since I did not receive any response, I thought that Zentools2 is only available for active club members and not as a separate purchase Item, I also renewed my subscription, again through PayPal.

So, there are two PayPal transactions, one for 30USD and the other for 40.5 USD.

I was able to download Zentools2 current version, after the second transaction.

Can you please confirm that when my subscription expires in 3 months, will I still be able to download Zentools2 updates for 12 months? Also please confirm, If I'll be able to renew Zentools2 for the next 12 months.

I've merged the two payments so you now have a 12 month access to templates and zentools

This membership expires 2017-11-02
