Category Joomla Order?

I chose the categories and set to joomla ordering.

Here are the categories in order:

But this is the order it displays in:

I just installed the latest ZT2 but the version number is still showing the old one:

How do I get it to order per the category manager order?

Could you create a ticket with login details so I can see what's going on?
