BOOST + Zentools1 error when wanting image folder as source

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi Paul,

I've got the same issue but I'm running the latest Joomla and Zentools 1.1.3. I noticed the same issue on another website I recently updated. Do you have any suggestions of what I might try?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I've moved this to a new thread

Can I just check with Zentools 1.1.3 you are referring to zentools v1 or zentools v2?

Thanks
Paul

Thanks for moving the thread. I was wondering what I should do. :)

Yes, ZenTools2. I also have ZenTools1 on the same site.

Can you re-install the latest version and then open the module > save and close

Then re-open the module and see how it looks

Thanks

Thanks Paul. I just tried it and am still having issues. I want to first check with my hosting company as I'm getting a jquery 404 error when looking at the network. I'll report back as soon as I know.

I thought it might be a hosting issue as there were some changes recently to the security settings that were blocking Easyblog. I've double checked with Rochen and that does not appear to be the problem.

In the back-end I'm getting a 404 error on the following:

www.bicycleworks.ca/administrator/index.php?option=com_ajax&plugin=zentools2&format=json&option=com_ajax&plugin=zentools2&cmd=get_all_folders&data=grid&id=331

Should I remove this link for security reasons and submit a ticket instead?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Paul,

I uninstalled the component and then reinstalled but the folders are still not available to me.

Incidentally it is the Revision Template.

Do you see any error in the console window when the module is open?

No errors at all in the module window. Rochen asked for access to the back-end to see what if this is something on their end.

To recap, I saw this issue show up on another one of my sites but I didn't try to troubleshoot it, I simply changed my content source.:)

Here is the reply from Rochen:

"I have ensured that the file permissions and ownership are correct for all of your files, but your jQuery code is still throwing a 404 when attempting to access the resource in your screencast. It does not appear to be an .htaccess rule, either.

You might need to consult the developers of the Zentools2 plugin to gain further insight into what the issue might be, as it does seem to be code-related."
