Hi,

I've been playing with the Zentools2 options. I am having problems with both the Carousel Featured and the Carousel layout. At the bottom where it says "Module layout and settings", I've been testing the select a theme feature. It appears that if i choose anything other than "none", the pictures squish down to thin little lines.

Ya, Bella has cherry eye. I've been told it is a blocked tear duct and it is completely cosmetic. It doesn't hurt her, just looks bad. Since she is a family pet and not a show dog we felt it wasn't a completely necessary thing to have fixed. Even so, we tried to have it surgically fixed twice... she went bonkers with the cone on her neck and tore it off and tore open the stitches. So really the only other option is to have the tear duct removed. They say there is a chance that having it removed will cause her something called dry eye. Where you have to put drops in her eye 3 times a day. So... we've been contemplating it and waiting. But it's getting to the point now where the cherry eye is scratching her eye, so we are planning to go ahead and have it removed soon.
Love dogs... not much of a cat person though..

On the website issue. Yep, you know i'm a newbie and put up the pictures straight from my phones camera without optimizing them... Geeesh... come on now... that's the easiest way to do it..
Seriously though, do you think the module isn't working right because the picture files are very big? I can optimize them. I was just "testing" module capability so i didn't go through optimizing the pictures step.
Both Carousels are linked to joomla content. I picked items option and selected a few items.I'll attach screen shots of settings.

Yep that is what we were told as my Dog Pru has/had the same problem

We went down the manipulation route, then surgery where they made a pocket and tucked it back in - so far this surgery has proved successful but with this condition it can come back

We really wanted to avoid the last option because of dry eye but it sounds like you don't have any choice - poor little thing
