Hi

Are you using the latest version of the module?
I'd suggest re-installing the latest if you already have it

There was a time window with a version lacking the xml for city

Oops, that was it. Is Zentools2 ever going to be listed in the "Extension Manager: Update"?

Issue 2: The Contact items do not include the schema microdata that is part of the original contact. eg <span itemprop="telephone">909-641-5383</span>

Bummer. When upgrading to 1.0.8, now Zentools2 does not want to display correctly in Grid1. I created a ticket: SUPPORT-3HQMC21W4B
