Read More - before showing Module content ?

Hi there

I'm trying to figure out the Zentools layout on a new site. I'm trying to setup a Columns within grids module, but having a few problems.

This first issue is .. the module is only published on 1 page. On that page I get the module title and "Read More" nothing else. If I hit read more then I see the module contents, as expected. I can't figure out why the Read More is shown directly rather than the module contents ?

The zentools2 module "should" appear on this page, not require a further click to see the content ?

Got me stumped.....

Even more weird is that it seems Zentools2 is being ignored and the layout is controlled by the Joomla Blog View settings, so # of articles, columns etc ?

Is this resolved as I see title, image and content on that page?
