ah I'm non beer drinker :)

Oily fish is good for the brain

I'm also a former chef so I'm a very fussy pizza eater :)
I only eat pizza when I make my own

I also only eat my own-made pizza. (got a good thin-crust method.)

And no beer for me either. Only ale, to wit, IPA - especially #2 on this list

yeah a pizza stone just doesn't cover it and domestic ovens are too cold :)
