I have a simple module that I am trying to replicate from Zen Tools to Zentools2 and I just discovered that one thing I really liked in Zen Tools appears to be missing. That was the ability to hyperlink the titles to 'external links'. I have used this in order to create a list of urls to go to that were not the same as the content item being displayed.

To see this you can go to my site I am playing with at veggievore.com and you will see two text based headers on the page. The top one is Zen Tools. The bottom one is Zentools2.

The top one allows me to specify a list of URLs in an order that will go to different pages on the site. Here is the list of URLs I am using in the Zen Tools module. I wish I could do the same thing with Zentools2:

There is also one other thing that I noticed and that is that the Zen Tools module when using H2 for the title treats the title as if it is following a break instead of a paragraph. I would like to do that again. My guess you you could come up with a css tweak to do that? But, I wonder if maybe it is supposed to work in Zentools2 similar to Zen Tools?

I'm not quite sure what you mean - could you provide a screenshot or a link to an example?

The image that I attached in my previous message shows how it looks in Zen Tools on the top and how it looks in Zentools2 on the bottom.

I like it to look like it is at the top. However, for all I know Zentools2 may be doing the more correct rendering.

It looks like styling differences between the versions and the template style is applying to one version and not the other

I will be cheering you on to get HikaShop added to ZenTools2 for version 1.1. That would be amazing. HikaShop is very good but ZenTools2 would still be an incredible improvement for displaying items. I did actually do a little Zen Tools carousel on a HikaShop site already by using External URLs: www.anchorpointfilms.com/dvd

I also have one site where I used EasyBlog in my Zen Tools. So, that also will be great when EasyBlog works with ZenTools2. At that point I will probably change everything to ZenTools2!

PS. It may not be nice to say but I will be happy when I no longer have any T3 templates! The only think I will miss is the control of the Mega Menus which I assume will eventually make it's way into ZenGrid Framework.
