Hi -- I just uploaded two themes (Responsive2 and Xero) and whenever I try to save changes or compile LESS to CSS, I get the following error in the console:

403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php

I have the website installed on a MAMP server locally on my desktop computer. I don't have Admin Tools installed.

Anyone have any ideas of why I might be seeing this?

Does anything look odd if you go to global config > folder permissions?

Every folder is shown as writable in the folder permissions section.

I also see this error in the console when I access the template settings:

You don't have permission to access /templates/responsive2/settings/themes/presets/theme
.[example]-blue-corp.json
on this server.

Have you worked with other sites / templates and it works ok?

I have successfully used some JBBlanko on Joomla 2.5 and some other templates on Joomla 3. They all work OK.

I use Mamp pro here and don't have an issue with this.

Do you have any other extensions installed? SH404, other firewall stuff?
