I am having problems with the responsive 2 off canvas menu. It appears but does not work, I have also tried using the stacked menu option, which displays the main menu items but not the drop down menu items.

What I've done is switched template from Venture to Responsive 2, everything worked fine before this on Venture which was a great template but I like the clean style of Responsive 2, I used to use the first version of Responsive.

How do I go about solving this jquery issue?

Another problem that has occurred from the change is that jbmaps no longer displays.

I have disabled jch optimise and it works now.

Yep thought that might be the case

You need to work with the settings to exclude certain scripts / css files

I struggle myself with this - I take it so far and then stop when stuff starts to break
