blank site?

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

Hi - I just created a fresh Joomla install and installed the Responsive2 template. I have also installed all the associated plugins but now my site just loads like this? (after selecting the template as default)

gator1194.hostgator.com/~jevs/wheatsheafexning.co.uk/

Is there something else I need to do? I know my way around Joomla but this is my first template with you guys.

Hi

Are you able to access the admin side of the site?

If you can - can you set the error reporting to maximum

A white screen is normally a fatal error

Cheers

Hmm, just did that, saved it and still getting a blank page. The admin is fine.

Do you see any error in the html if you view page source?

(even though its a blank page sometimes some html may be output in the source code)

Hi, just as a quick update, I had to rebuild the whole site as it 404'd off after I updated some of the zentools plugins. It was on a temporary domain which might have confused things so I have created a fresh install on www.headshotsphoto.co.uk.

In the following order this is what I did.

Upgraded to Joomla 3.4.4
Installed T3 framework
Installed zentools, zenmenu, zencodes and maps plugins.
Activated all plugins.
Installed the responsive2 template and set it to default.

As you see you can though still having the same issue www.headshotsphoto.co.uk

As I said in my reply to your email, I only signed up predominantly for this specific template so obviously keen to get it work.

OK, so I have given up on that and starting using the 'one page' template which I think will suffice for this project.

However...I am trying to use Zentools 2 and it wont let me select the folder for the images. I have tried in Firefox and IE but I have the same problem. It preloads the drop down box with the folder list but when you click on one it just highlights it and there is no way to select it?

Can you try re-installing the latest version just in case the install has gone awry first

Yep - just opened a ticket. Tried a reinstall but it didn't seem to make a difference
