Hi Guys,

I'm working on forwardthinkingwebsolutions.com/~friends/ and having a challenge with the dropdown menus.

If I hover over the main menu items they will not open unless I am on that particular page. For instance, if I am on the "English Classes" page - forwardthinkingwebsolutions.com/~friends/index.php/program-information/ - the menu will dropdown.

I updated to the latest template last night. I'm wondering if you think I have a conflict somewhere?

And everything was fully functional prior to the update? and you only updated the template and nothing else?

Have you tried troubleshooting it by disabling some modules?

I can see this error

Followed by an issue with the map module

Thanks Paul. Here's what I've tried:

- disabled my modules
- tried a different template
- rebuilt the menu items
- optimized the database
- ran the fix database function
- and a few more.

I'll take a look at the recaptcha and the Map module and see what I can come up with. I appreciate the direction.

Thanks. I know that on my form the recaptcha won't load until I'm live on the correct domain. I disabled jmap and I had no success. I'm currently downloading the full version of the latest Joomla in case something went bad on one of the the upgrades over the last 30-45 days. I'll let you know after I've uploaded the files.

Hi Paul,

I copied the full version of the latest version of Joomla over the existing files and it still didn't solve the issue. If you can pass the issue along that would be helpful.

Having put in a new template the issue was still appearing. If it's not an easy solution, I'll just plan on rebuilding tomorrow.

In the menu module settings do you have 'always show child items' set to yes?

Thanks Paul. I'm almost there. I have to figure out a scripting issue after installing an Accessibility plugin and then clean-up the back-end etc. I'll be contacting their support for that one though.
