Zen tools slideshow in sidebar2

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I've got a zentools slideshow in a unique loadposition inside a module in the sidebar2 position. You can see it on the front page at newprairiecounseling.com in the righthand sidebar (the two therapists photos rotating).

I have set the hover behavior to fade to white so the user knows to click on it. However, when the lightbox opens up the photo in the lightbox is also faded white. I'd like it to be the full normal image - not faded. If you navigate through the two photos in the lightbox, they will then be normal. Only the first one when the lightbox opens is faded.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks as always,
Andy

Hi Andy,

Not quite sure how this has happened but if you add this

.jackbox-content.jackbox-html img {
opacity: 1 !important;
}

Does that work?

Again it would be added to the custom.css file

Thanks,

unfortunately, that didn't fix it. The added code is currently in the custom css if you want to look. There is no hashtag at the beginning, it starts with a 'dot'. I assume that's correct.

Thanks,
Andy

Hi Andy,

Are you adding changes to the custom.css if you disable jch does that work?

as I can't see any change in the compressed file and I can't see the custom.css file in the file list

This worked on both issues. Thanks!

Follow-up. When I turn JCH back on the fix is no longer occurring.

So, I disabled JCH, re-saved Custom CSS, confirmed the fix, then turned JCH back on, and fix was reversed.

Does this mean I should not use JCH? There's something in JCH settings about exceptions. Should I add Custom CSS to the exceptions?

Thanks,
Andy

Hi Andy,

Could mean the specificity changes so the styling doesn't apply

Try adding the module id to the css line or exclude the custom.css file
