It looks like a notice - with a localhost frequently the error reporting is set to high

I'd make sure you have the latest template version installed

Also you can either turn error reporting levels down in the localhost itself or turn the error reporting to none in the Joomla global configuration

Notices are the lowest form of error and in some cases aren't errors

The notice is most likely to not display when on a live host
