Is it possible to get a Contact module similar to 'Hika Contact' in the Sidebar position? Looking for someone to fill out a quick form to ask for more information. Need name, email and text box for comments/question. It would be awesome if there could be a subject box with the subject pre-filled with the related item heading.

You may have to go down a paid extension route
