The animation effect on the second set of images in Carousel is dropped down a number of pixels

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I am not sure if this issue is caused by Rasa2 or if it is a Zen Tools issue.

I have created a Carousel with six images showing by default and the animation effect is working fine for those six issues. When a person clicks on the right side navigation link a following three images become available. Those three images have their animated effect dropped down some number of pixels.

Here is the page where you can see the carousel: apf.cloudaccess.net/dvd

I am attaching two images. One with the first animated effects that cover the image and the other with the 'next' set of images where the last three have the animated effect dropped down.

Hi Sean,

Check the html is the same for those 3 articles as with the previous ones that display - looks like either a difference with heading tags and/or the last ones are being stripped

Cheers

Interesting. For this carousel I am not using articles. The image source is a directory of images and they are all the same size and ratio.

Sorry, I did not realize that my screen capture did not capture the animated effect on top of the image. Please roll your mouse over the images on the carousel at apf.cloudaccess.net to see the animated effect. Then hit the arrow on the right side to load the last three images which will appear on the right. When you roll your mouse over them they will be placed a little blow the images.

Don't think the permitted actually applies given its a directory

This is the latest version of zentools?

I just upgraded to the latest template and zen tools. So, it should be working now.

Should I open a ticket?

Is permitted a field in one of the settings?

Thanks,

Permitted fields doesn't apply in your case as you are using a directory - that was my mistake

Are the files named consistently the same?

Thanks for asking that question. The files were named the same but what I discovered is that I had not yet put in the urls for the last three Links in the General Settings.

I added them and all is well.
