Wondering if ZenTools Slideshow importance can be changed

zentoolsIf you use Zentools please post a review at the Joomla! Extensions Directory.

I am hoping you can give me something to add to my CSS that will prevent the slideshow on our home page, currently at apf.cloudaccess.net from forcing the page to scroll to the top while we are trying to scroll down. I think you showed me this before where we can set a priority for the module.

Basically if you go to this page and then slowly scroll down the page using the scroll bar then the page will basically 'jump' from you and go back to the top of the page as the slideshow timing kicks in and it is time for the next slide.

This is making it hard for people to read content on the bottom of the page, especially for the content in the footer while using an android tablet. But, it effects regular PCs as well.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi Sean,

What page are you referring to?

Sorry Paul for missing out on the detail of details! :-)

But, you can see this in all your Rasa2 QuickStarts. I have an implementation here:

apf.cloudaccess.net/

Just go to the homepage and then use the right hand scroll bar to very slowly scroll to the bottom of the page. You probably will not make it to the bottom! :-)

Thank you very much,

I am hoping there is some way to reduce the priority of those two modules maybe?

Well, I thought it was not browser dependent but that was an assumption I should not have made.

I am having this problem on my windows desktop with Chrome for Windows. I am not having this problem with Firefox or IE for Windows.

On my Android Nexus 10 tablet I am having this problem also with Chrome and not with Firefox.

I guess I should probably create a ticket so you can see this problem a bit more up close and personal. :-)
