Font Size dosen't change

Here is a link to a page being displayed
www.groupstestbed.co.uk/index.php/news/newsletters

I cannot understand why the words:
"March 2015 Download here"
Display at a different size to the two lines after. I have attached a file of all the code on the page.

Hi

I'd look at using p tags inside the content rather than inline styling
<span style="font-size: 11pt;">

so its more consistent and easier to update and manage

For example -

does that give you a more consistent font size?
