Hi, I was just showing this site to a client and she could not see the slideshow so I went to sauce labs and checked on ie 11 and there is no slideshow, any ideas on how to fix this?

update it was just slow to load on sauce labs (I went back to the screen and did see the slideshow), but my client had the page open for at least 10 minutes while we were talking and it never loaded

I don't see a problem with this loading - the size is slightly different

What device was this on?

Were they in standards mode?

she has a laptop, and has no idea of how to change settings in ie, its just a factory install. Any ideas on how I could troubleshoot this, if it is happening for her, then I probably can assume it would happen for others too (she has a lot of elderly clients who most likely use ie)
