Spaces between menus

Hi!
I need many menus, but the space on the main menu bar is very little. How can I tighten the different menus among them for more space?

There are space too big between menu item and a menu shold not wrap.

Hi

Try adding this to the custom.css

.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a, .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > span {
padding: 8px 25px !important;
}
