Logo height -> Theme Magic makes template wider

Hello, Trying to change logo height area in Client. When I use Theme Magic to change the default template to make the logo height to 125px from 85px, it also makes the template wider. Thanks for the help. serenitywellnesscentre.com/

I don't see this on a local install

looking at the site I can see you logo is being resized by the browser

its 747px x 627px this is causing problems in different browsers
