Base3 and Zentools2 Filtering Joomla Tags

Hi,

Please could you have a look at the attachements. The site it is using the Base3 template and Zentools2 extention has been added.
On the front page in the treatments section, the zentools2 module is using the Filtered layout with Joomla tags as the content source. The module is not rendering the tags to select the filtering.
Is there an option I am missing to make the tags appear?

It also renders really jumbled:
