I installed Base3 quickstart on my localhost and got this error after updating to J3.3.3. finshed:

Refresh Manifest Cache failed: Extension is not currently installed.

Do I need to worry? Thanks

The administrator has disabled public write access.

Check via extension manager and see if anything is in discover - is the site running smoothly?

If in doubt back up prior to an update

I use akeeba so it backs up prior to an update
