Hopefully, this is my last question.. This project is coming to an end and the site is looking great!

How can I avoid fout? I'm usin open sans as the only font.

You can't in a nutshell - it loads a font from an external source so there is a delay while the font loads

You could try using a font similar to it in the custom css so the flash isn't so obvious - so when the font loads it overrides it

There are many factors with FOUT - server performance, the amount of text loading using the font, site performance etc

Do you mean pre built error report pages or creating your own?

Yes, pre built 404 pages.
In the link I sent, I have those 404 pages already defined by the template.
