Do JoomlaBamboo templates have the ability to conditionally turn-on or turn-off modules and content (class="") based on device size?

Attached is a responsive conditional grid from another vendor as an example.

Hi

You can turn off modules via the layout section for different device widths but with the attachment are you looking to add classes to modules via module manager?
