I am working on a site using Base3 and cannot for the life of me figure out why the Module Positions section is not showing up in the Layout tab within Template Manager.

I know it works with QuickStart version of Base3, but I cannot use QuickStart for this project.
Along with the template, I have installed T3 plugin (with the recent fix for Joomla 3.3.0), JB Type, Zentools, Zenkit, and Zen social.

I also notice that in Module Manager, the familiar JoomlaBamboo Grid positions are not available.

Do you have any index.html or index.php files from a pre-existing website or webpage?

There is index.php in the site root. Should I remove/change it?

Edit: never mind, that won't be good.

Where should I look for the index file?

Think perhaps a ticket might be a good idea at this point

Please include ftp details together with Joomla admin access
