I can assign a module to the panel 1 position under "more" feature at top on the position lay out page. How do you get the panel 1 visible on the front end?

I think the panel to display may need a top row module

Panel 1 is under the down arrow for More at upper right on screen that shows positions. I do not know how to make the panel 1 appear on the page. On template layout it is under megamenu. Is there a video that shows this?

Can you publish a module to the top row of positions as a test - it can be any of top1, top2, top3 or top4

Depending on how the layout it set up this may be different but the default template has the top4 position set up

So try publishing a module to both top4 and panel1
