I have installed the New Lifestyle template along with Modules Anywhere. I have created a couple articles and placed a loadposition module in each. I then reference these articles in a zentools accordion. If I go directly to the article then the module is displayed within the article. When I go to the page where I have the accordion then the modules on the articles do not load.

So you want a zentools module to display in another zentools module using the plugin modules anywhere?

See if this makes sense. I have the following hierarchy:

An Article with {loadposition zentools accodion}
Zentools Accordion with 2 articles as the content type
2 articles that contain {loadposition modulename)
module name will be flexicode

In the text options tab there is a render plugin option - try changing that to "render plugin"
