Responsive Icon missing

When I shrink the browser menu on the website above, the responsive menu icon does not show up.

Any suggestions?

Also, FYI, your editor icons do not display correctly on my screen using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.94 m

Hi Kim,

Looks like you either haven't installed the JB Type plugin or its enabled in the plugin manager or both
