I have created a site and it's almost done. I uploaded it to the server. On my laptop it looks good, but on my ipad mini the menu is not showing so I can't navigate.

Looks like you need to install and enable the JB Type plugin

Hi Paul,
I installed the JB Type and now I get a menu icon to get to the menu items, but not the menu itself. Also in my slide shows I have photos stacked in one column, and the photo on the contact page wouldn't show.

With the icons do you mean you have added icons via the mega menu and they aren't displaying?

I see a zentools grid on that page rather than a slideshow

On the contact page I see

I would say the image is being massively resized when I see it in Chrome so that may be an issue in other browsers

In this the pic I should be seeing or should there be another one?

Yes, I have many zentools grids on this site.
The image on the contact page is showing normally on my laptop, but not on the ipad mini. Is it because of its size? I the ipad I use Safari.

No slideshow, it's a grid with 4 columns, but in ipad mini it shows with one column only.

I changed the photo on the contact page and now it shows ok on the ipad mini also.

Right so that's the expected behaviour for the device as its set up

I think the image size would be the problem as the device will download the huge image size and then in the browser resize it.

It would use a fair bit of unwanted bandwidth so it may not work

I changed the module setting to "resize images based on screen size", now the grid images are bigger, but still in one column. I didn't have this problem on my own site that I used the Base3 template.

Viewing both on the ipad mini with the same ish settings and layout?
