I am using a jqgrid based library in a jumi component, which is working just fine. However, I have some editing actions in a column - edit and delete - which display as icons. When I hover over the icons, they bounce like crazy and settle on a caret icon (^) instead of the pencil or trash can.
After HOURS of research, we found that the way to stop this behaviour was to comment out the following in BOTH newlifestyle\css\template.css on line 6914 and newlifestyle\css\themes\eco\template.css also line 6914:

/* a:hover {
color: #D32D24;
background: none;
} */

Trouble is, as you know, this file can get overwritten, and was, when I updated my template through ThemeMagic to change a Nav width setting. Since I comment out the code, how can I overwrite it in custom.css?

And why are both template.css files loaded? Is this normal?
