Where can I find the One page template documentation? When I click the link I get page not found.

Hi

You could try here:
docs.joomlabamboo.com/joomla-templates/onepage-documentation

If it is a new site then you may be better taking a look at Build.r which more modern and has the same one page functionality.

I'd echo Ian's comments on taking a look at build.r to see if there was anything suitable there for you as it newer and there are several one page template type options you could use

If you look in the home menu link there are various options available there

With the template variants you can also switch to one page mode
