Hi there, I am designing my site based one page but when I load my site on my iphone or tablet I cant see that small icon that I saw on the live preview whith which the menu (home, grid1, grid 2...) shows the menu links. On the browser works exactly like the preview but on the iphone the site appears just like a simple scrolling page without the links of the menu. I dont know if I should do any settings from the template menu. Can you help me on that? I am talking about the menu feature that is shown on the attachment picture, if i uploaded it succesfully.

I don't have an iphone so if you can't add a web link for the pic I'd suggest either adding a site link or opening a ticket

Thats a picture of the T3 Off canvas menu - its controlled on the Template Navigation tab

There should be a little menu icon appear at certain screen widths and when clicked it will load one of the mobile menu options

At the template manager I have the off canvas navigation tab turned on yes and the navigation type on megamenu. Although it doesnt seem to work and I have noticed that even on the pc browser whenever the width reduces to smaller sizes the menu dissapears and the site becomes a simple scrolling page without menu links (home, grid 1, grid 2 ...) Do you have any idea how can I fix this?

You need to have off canvas set to no of it not to appear.

When the screen size hits a width it responds by the menu looking like the attached pic

Otherwise the mobile screen isn't wide enough for a menu to display

Do you not have the icon to trigger the menu?

As with your screenshot this is the off canvas option triggered by clicking the icon

both in no or yes (off canvas navigation) the icon doesnt appear. I also tried the navigation type to megamenu or joomla templates and it doesnt work either. I cant make the particular icon to show and the menu as well when the screen width is small or in my iphone.

In joomla I have added each grid as a custom html module in their position, then I changed the names of each grid , grid 1 grid 2 to my website's menu links. I just mention it in case this is the fault. Also in temlate manager in assingment menu should I turn the toggle selection to yes?

Hey, it works perfect, that was the problem, thank you very much!!! And something else, how can I rebrand the site? I havent paid for the rembranding fee yet but also I cant find where can i put my name down at the bottom in order to appear.

Its under the general tab in the template admin

"remove copyright" - once that is enabled it will remove the copright and enable you to add yours

We take it on trust that members will purchase the option

hi there,
I am facing a problem with my main menu, I dont know exactly whic setting I have changed and the main menu is always located on the top of my web site above the logo and not down of the logo image as it used to. I mean when the page is loading on the beginning without scrolling down.
