Hi there

I am trying to upload a new logo image but when i select 'insert' i get no response from the browser.

I also get no response clicking the 'help' or 'theme magic' buttons and when I click into any of the text bars eg. 'Logo Text' i cannot edit any text either.

So overall just having trouble doing any kind of editing in this screen.

Im at a loss of what to do, can you help me?

Sometimes the logo is in a custom html module set to the logo position. (confusing, but I've learned to look in the module manager first.)

Have you updated the Joomla version today as some times the browser can need a hard refresh for the admin to work after the update

Still cant figure it out, here is a screen shot of module positions. looks like the logo isnt attached to a module. when i go in to theme and try to change coding it wont let me or to change logo from 'text' to 'image'.
I get this at the top of the screen "The visual settings below are for themes of your selected style. You can always use the ThemeMagic tool located on the top-right panel for further advanced settings."
but when i click on theme magic i get no response

..also maybe the problem is just the image inserter, where i am in the upload image screen and i have chosen logo, it wont respond when i click 'insert' or 'cancel'

When you click theme magic is doesn't do anything - doesn't show a preview of the site?

Nebula logo is controlled by the logo type section in the theme section of the template settings - with refinement options in theme magic

Right sounds like either a permissions or a server issue regarding the logo

Nope thememagic is unresponsive too

I think we need to take a look at the site

Can you create a ticket and include a summary of the problems you have

Also add ftp details

We have a secure ticket system - that enables us to look inside a site to what the problems are and fix them

With it being secure and only accessed by Joomla Bamboo staff its safe to add the access details we need to access the site

On the right of this page is a menu - look for

TICKET SYSTEM
View all tickets
Create a new ticket
Open Tickets
View Your Tickets
Search Tickets

and click create new ticket

Then enter the info about the problem and enter the site access details - so we would need super admin access username and password

FTP is file transfer protocol

It enables files to be transferred to and from a server

We don't always need it but I think in this case we may - the ftp details are found inside the hosting account

If you are not sure where they please add the hosting login details (also called cpanel)
